1. Overview

At ETI EURL, we take pride in the quality and comfort of our pillows and cushions. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return and refund policy designed to provide peace of mind when shopping with us.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all labels and tags intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, used pillows or cushions cannot be returned, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Non-returnable items:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items purchased on final sale or with discount over 40%.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Clear photos showing the issue.
  • Your order number.
  • A brief description of the problem.

We will investigate the issue and, if eligible, offer:

  • A full refund, or
  • A free replacement, or
  • Store credit (upon request).

Note: Do not dispose of the product before contacting us; doing so may void your claim.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support at support@taueriens.com with your order details.
  2. Wait for our authorization and return instructions.
  3. Securely package the item(s) in the original box or suitable alternative.
  4. Ship the item to the address we provide (not necessarily our main address).

Return shipping costs:

  • If the return is due to our error (defective/damaged/incorrect item), we will cover all shipping fees.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for return shipping.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
